Terms and Conditions – Jebel

Shipping

Jebel ships products to almost any address worldwide, subject to certain product-specific restrictions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided based on product availability and your selected shipping method. These estimates may appear at checkout depending on your chosen shipping provider.

Shipping rates are typically weight-based. Product weights are listed on individual product pages and rounded up to the next full kilogram, in accordance with our carriers’ billing practices.


Returns

Orders are non-returnable unless covered under warranty. Please refer to the Warranty section below for details.

For credit card payments, a 4% transaction fee is applied by the card processor and is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or return, this processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.


Cancellations

Orders placed via the online store cannot be cancelled once they are processed. After delivery, items may be returned only in accordance with the return policy mentioned above.

Custom or Special Orders—including advance orders for wholesale customers and bespoke solutions—are non-cancellable once confirmed. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the order value will apply.


Warranty

All products sold by Jebel come with a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

We prioritize quality and long-term reliability. As such, all products undergo an incoming inspection to ensure they are brand new and free from defects at the time of dispatch.

Jebel also covers any packaging or shipping-related defects with immediate, cost-free replacements.

Warranty terms and conditions specific to each brand will be included in your sales quotation and sales order.


Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, full or partial payments (as per the Proforma Invoice) must be settled within 3 working days from the date of issuance.

  • If advance payment is not received within 3 working days, Jebel reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

  • If balance payment is not received within 3 working days, the order will be considered cancelled by the customer, triggering applicable cancellation charges. In such cases, any advance payment made will be treated as liquidated damages to cover incurred costs and will not be refunded.


Order Collection and Partial Delivery

Once the balance payment is received or an order readiness notification is issued, the order must be collected from Jebel’s warehouse within 7 working days.

Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in storage, handling, and port charges at a rate of 0.1% of the total order value per day.

For multi-brand or staggered shipments, balance payment is required based on Proforma Invoices issued for each partial delivery, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.


Important Notes for Local Deliveries

The receiving party is responsible for verifying that all cargo is delivered in good condition, as stated in the delivery note.

Any discrepancy or damage must be reported to Jebel on the day of delivery. Failure to do so releases Jebel from any liability related to the order.


Re-Export Restrictions and Sanctions Compliance

The Buyer agrees to fully comply with all applicable international sanctions, trade laws, and export control regulations, including those enforced by the United States, United Nations, European Union, and other relevant authorities.

This obligation remains effective for the entire duration of the contract and applies to any resale or redistribution of the purchased products.
